7-day no-questions-asked returns
Physical products can be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unopened, and fit for resale. Return shipping is covered by us.
Digital product refunds
Digital products (such as courses and e-books) can be fully refunded within 7 days of purchase if they have not yet been used or activated. Used digital products are not eligible for refunds.
Refund process
Submit a refund request via the contact page and we will review it within 1–3 business days. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method; timing depends on your payment channel, usually 3–7 business days.
Non-refundable items
Customized items, opened personal care products, and activated or used digital products are not eligible for refunds.
